I work with CEOs and founders who want more clarity and less chaos. My job is to create the space for better thinking to happen. I support, but also guide when that's useful.
1-2-1 Thinking
One-to-one and confidential
A private space to think out loud. I work with leaders on the questions that don't fit neatly into board meetings or coaching sessions. The point is clearer thinking rather than obsessing on a goal.
Peer Groups
Honesty and support
I facilitate private advisory groups where leaders can test their thinking and learn from others facing similar challenges. Yes, they discuss strategy, sales, and operations. But the real value is having somewhere safe to say "I don't know what to do" or "I'm overwhelmed." That's harder to find than advice.
Frameworks
Practical tools that travel
I build ways of doing things that can be written down, taught to others, and used again. Most focus on business development: finding significant revenue that's already there but hidden. Organisations can license these and make them their own.
bluubell is my practice and the home for the frameworks I develop. Alongside working directly with leaders, I build tools and methods that can be reused, taught or licensed to organisations.

I've spent 30 years starting and building global businesses. Today, I'm most interested in what's going on inside the leaders running them.
Most CEOs rarely get space to simply think. They're too busy reacting, performing and putting out fires. But real leadership happens underneath all that: the ambition, the doubt, the instinct, the vision. That's where I focus. I help leaders access their deeper thinking and figure out what they actually want to build.
My style is direct, warm, and practical. I listen deeply. I don't start with a goal. Rather, I help you decide what the goal should be.
